She seems to be doing the trick so far. I don't think she will scare them for long though. We did have fun making her :) x

I think they'd rather invite her to dance - she's lovely!

Thanks for the birthday wishes, I did indeed have a lovely day.

She's the most beautiful scarecrow I've seen!

We should have thought of that! We have some fake owls, but the critters aren't afraid of them!

Great Scarecrow!!

Completely agree with previous comments - she's far to pretty to be scary and much more likely to attract admirers!!!

She is fabulous.

If she doesn't work try hanging up some cds/dvds. The birds don't seem to like them very much when they shine in the sun

We had a scarecrow a couple years back, with a plastic pumpkin head. He scared few birds, but unfortunately scared our kids. Greatly. So we had to take him down.

Hi Jasmine, First congrats on following your grandparents advice. Do let us know how the showing went. Secondly I am laughing at your scarcrow. I had one that I made in my garden. The elk came stood there looking at her and then proceeded to eat her straw hat and rip her clothes off. I do have very strange elk. LOL
